Tanya Johnson Medical Fund

On 11/19 Tanya went to the doctor after finding a lump in her breast . She had a mammogram that day and was then sent for a biopsy after the mammogram findings were read. The following day she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had a lumpectomy on 12/18. The results came back that resulted in the plan for both aggressive radiation and chemotherapy Her next appointments are scheduled for 1/8 with the radiation oncologist and 1/28 with the medical oncologist for further discussion and details of her treatment plan. Tanya has already missed 2 weeks of work due to appointments, follow up and the lumpectomy. With the aggressive treatment plan she will be missing many more days of work. As you can imagine the overwhelming feeling of this diagnosis, then missing work and not getting your full pay, co-pays, medication cost and so much more, this can be a huge burden. People need people, let's help her. We are setting up this page to allow the opportunity for those that know and love Tanya (and even those that don't) to sow into her during this time of need. Tanya is an amazing 42 year old young woman with a heart of gold that is always there to help others.
