It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of Dr. Shelley Ekstrom, a beloved veterinarian at Indian Tree Animal Hospital, who lost her life in an ATV accident. Shelley was a dedicated veterinary professional since 2002, known for her unwavering compassion for animals and her commitment to their care.

Since joining Indian Tree in 2015, Dr. Ekstrom not only treated countless pets but also touched the hearts of their families. She was a trusted source of knowledge and an excellent clinician. Her love for animals was matched only by her passion for the Colorado outdoors, where she found joy in exploring the beautiful landscapes that surrounded her.

Shelley leaves behind family that are heartbroken and facing the unexpected challenges of funeral arrangements. We are setting up this GoFundMe to provide financial support during this incredibly difficult time.
