Support for Oscar

Hello My name is Heather. I am raising money to support my husband and our family in a time of need. In March of this year, Oscar was diagnosed with an auto immune disorder called ITP, immune thrombocytopenic purpura. It is a rare blood disorder that effects his platelets, and keeps them very low. Since then he has been hospitalized 4 times and missed a lot of work.

This has taken a huge physical, emotional, and financial tole on our family.

The next step in Oscar's treatment plan is a 4-week series of rituxan. We are anticipating this to affect his ability to regularly work and provide for his family as he has always done.

Oscar is not currently insured and is unable to use disability insurance.

Anything that is given to this fund will go directly to him and our family during this extremely difficult time. We appreciate you all greatly!
