Teacher in need of Funds for Bariatric Surgery

Recently I was let go from my dream job of being a deaf educator for a lack of energy on the job. I was trying my best to hide it but I was suffering on the inside. When I was 16 I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and recently Stressed Bladder and Gastritis. I have seen specialists for these and they couldn't find anything seriously wrong with me that would be causing these problems besides the extra weight. That is when I decided to look into the gastric sleeve surgery. My PCOS messes with my hormones and makes it extra hard to lose weight. In fact the only time I had been able to lose a significant amount was when I had time to exercise 3 hours a day everyday and severely restricting calories which as a teacher is pretty much impossible. I have no desire to be a size 0. I just want to be able to achieve my dream of being an educator for the deaf after I graduate with my Master's Degree in 2020. Even substituting with these issues is hard for me. Over the years I have saved as much money as I could but as a teacher it has not been so easy. I set up this GoFundMe to try to raise the rest of money I need for the surgery and the hospital stays. My insurance said that they wouldn't cover the surgery because to them it is not necessary. However, as someone who witnessed my mom go through the same thing and almost die., and who watched her dad die right in front of her at 53 from complications due to obesity this decision is life or death to me. I want to live a long and happy life and grown old with my husband. Please help if you can. I know I will do anything to make this happen either way, but I will fully appreciate any funds you can contribute.
