Teachers' Union of Ireland Covid-19 Support Fund

The TUI has created this fund for our members, and other members of the public, to make a contribution to assist charities that are, in turn, assisting in supporting the most vulnerable in our society throughout this Covid-19 pandemic. We are undertaking this on behalf of the 19,000 members of the Union, in solidarity with those most affected in our communities and in Irish Society.

The monies collected will be distributed to a number of charities engaging with the elderly, the homeless, the recently unemployed and those suffering from mental health issues.

The TUI has contacted a number of these charities and they have expressed their appreciation, in advance, to our members for the assistance they may now provide through this fund. The TUI has also made a contribution on behalf of all of our members.
