Team A'zeree

Durham, N.C. - Ask anyone and they'll tell you: Azeree Whitaker "Z" is one of the hardest working employees at Durham County Sherriff's Office. She has over 19 years of experience within multiple divisions in the Sheriff's Office. She has been extremely innovative in streamlining functions within her role as the Record Supervisor. She is married to Morial Whitaker and is a mother of two beautiful children. Late November of 2017 she had a mammogram that suggested further testing. The test results were malignant requiring surgery. She is scheduled on March 1st to have a mastectomy followed by six months of chemotherapy.
She has already started to receive bills from the hospital which will grow exponentially throughout her journey this year and possibly next. We are reaching out to everyone who knows her and or her family to give support to her in this time of need. Any amount given, large or small would be greatly appreciated. Let's come together and show "Z" how much we love her.
