Team Bryce Curling Fundraiser

Hello everyone,

We are a passionate group of athletes curling out of Kinross Curling Rink, United Kingdom, who have come together with a shared love for the sport of curling. We are reaching out to you today to ask for your support in helping us take our men’s curling team to the next level. Last year we reached our goal of making the top 15 in the world, completely unfunded and unsupported by the sports governing body, and managed to make it to a Grand Slam of Curling event in Canada, one of the biggest events in the curling calendar.

Our team has been practicing tirelessly, honing our skills and strategies, and we’ve seen significant improvement in our performance. However, to compete at a higher level, we need additional funding for travel expenses and entry fees for tournaments and training.

Your generous donation will go directly towards:

Travel Expenses: To enable us to participate in tournaments across Europe and Canada.

Entry Fees: To enable us to enter world-class tournaments.

Last season we spent circa 40k, including £9k of entry fees, to compete in our scheduled events. This is even with some of our accomodation provided by very generousbhoasts who opened up there homes to us, for which we are trully grateful. We are planning a similar season for 2024/25, so expecting to spend a similar amount. Our team competes in the least competitions of any team inside the top 20, yet we are still managing to climb the world rankings.

We believe in the power of sport to bring people together, and we are excited about the opportunity to represent our community on the ice. With your support, we can make this dream a reality.
