Team Caouette- Nicole Podkowa 5k fundraiser

Hi, My name is Hannah Caouette and I am fundraising for the Nicole Podkowa 5k event. This event raises funds for the Southcoast Health Cancer Center. As a daughter of a Breast Cancer survivor, the Cancer Center at Charlton Memorial Hospital is very close to my heart. The Oncology nurses not only took great care of my mom during treatments but also made sure I could be there every step of the way. Donations will go to the Nicole Podkowa Cancer Patient and Caregiver's Fund. This fund allows assistance for food, housing, transportation and cancer-related supplies. My family and I will be walking this 5k to help give to patients like my mom. As a Student Nurse at Charlton, my goal is to raise $1,000 to help make an impact on patients and families.
