Team Chantelle - The Sequel

Our beautiful Chantelle—the one whose energy and positivity light up a room. The one who loves old-school emo music, tomatoes on toast, and showering her friends and family with love. The one who faced a thyroid cancer diagnosis last year and came out stronger. Now, she’s preparing to do it all again.

It’s difficult to believe that we’re here again. Chantelle, is facing another fight—one bigger, longer, and harder than the last. This time, it’s Stage 3 breast cancer. The type is called HER2 Positive. Invasive ductal carcinoma. It’s aggressive, and tough to beat. But if there’s one thing we know about Chantelle, it’s that she’s tougher.

We, her friends and family are desperate to help ease the burden however we can.

The road ahead won’t be easy —months of chemotherapy, a double mastectomy and reconstruction, and likely radiation. And while she’s gearing up for the battle, her priority (as always) is protecting her little girls. They won’t be hearing the “C-word”, because in their world, Mum is just a little under the weather. That’s the way she wants it, so we ask you to not mention it in front of them.

Now, we know there was a fundraiser before, but that was for a different fight. This one is bigger, and it’s going to take more time, more strength, and more support.

The funds we raise will help ease the load—covering medical treatments, everyday expenses, and ensuring Chantelle has what she needs to focus on healing. It also means her husband, Tim, can be there for his three girls without added financial stress.

Chantelle has been our rock for so long. Now it’s our turn to be hers.
