Team CJ 12u Punt, Pass & Kick Fundraiser

Team CJ 12u Invites you to participate in our first annual Punt, Pass & Kick Fundraiser! 100% of all money raised will be used towards tournament costs.

• Team must raise $1,000 to be entered into the Punt, Pass & Kick contest, that will be held at the end of practice on Tuesday, April 16th

• Every $500 raised after initial $1,000 will get each player on the team an additional attempt in the contest (Max of 5)

PRIZES

• Punt, Pass & Kick winner for each age group will receive 3 FREE Dominos Pizza Coupons

• The team that raises the most money will receive new gloves, courtesy of Team CJ
