Hello Team Dahlman Friends, Family and Community,

We are here to continue to support Team Dahlman. Although this time was originally scheduled to be the end of treatment, it is not, sadly. Cancer has its own plan, and time is of the essence.

Even after an entire 6-month course of high-dose chemotherapy treatment, cancer has reared its ugliness and is shaking the Team Dahlman foundation in an unfathomable way! We need your help for this family.

The stage III colon cancer Robin was initially diagnosed with in August 2022, and treated aggressively since that time, has recurred. Just this week it was revealed that the colon cancer has spread to Robin’s liver, pelvis, and recurred in her colon. Just 32 days prior, she had one suspicious spot that was diagnosed to be colitis. It was not and quickly spread.

Because Robin needs immediate treatment, and treatment that is not offered in Alaska, she will be forced to leave her three precious children and receive care out of state. This will leave Eric and Robin possibly working intermittently for an undetermined amount of time. She will be admitted to the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City to provide the best possible care. Insurance will only cover 1 trip for Eric to take her to the center and bring her home at the end of treatment. The kids will stay with friends in Alaska and try to visit their mom at least one time per month as Robin will not be able to come home for a while. These visits will be vital as Ashley completes her senior year of high school and Spencer and Casey continue in their schooling and activities as well. As you can imagine, this has rocked their already fragile reality.

Please join us in supporting this family in any way you can. We hope to raise funds to assist in costs not covered by insurance in addition to providing as much stability for their family through non-monetary ways. Potential out-of-pocket costs:

We know any amount raised will lift this heavy emotional, physical, and mental burden off of Team Dahlman tremendously. Most importantly, it will allow them all to focus on the healing of Robin.
