Holly's Urgent kidney transplant

Holly is a 35 year old single mom of two beautiful children. Unfortunately she was born with polycystic kidney disease and we knew this day would come but who knew at age 35 and so quickly. Holly was taken to the hospital Sunday because of some continued sicknesses and within 24 hours has been placed on dialysis. We have been told that the dialysis isn't working and she needs a transplant ASAP. She has been placed on an Urgent list. We are asking for any help that you may be able to give towards medical cost, medications, cost of living now that she will be out of work. Any little bit helps. Thank you in advance.
