TEAM JAKE - Help Him Fight For His Life!
Donation protected
Jake Titus is a smart, hardworking, and loving young man who was in a very serious car accident on Sunday.
He is only 18 years old and was critically injured when his car was T-boned by a semi truck on a very foggy morning. He was home from college visiting his family and friends for Christmas break.
His injuries are extensive and include brain bleeding and swelling, a torn aortic valve, lacerations to his liver and kidney, multiple fractures in his pelvis, leg, face, and inner ear, a collapsed lung, and a missing finger.
He is currently at the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento where a team of dedicated top-notch surgeons are doing all they can to save his life and heal his broken body. He has already undergone heart surgery and multiple brain surgeries. They have been able to successfully stint the aorta and stop the profuse bleeding, but the most important thing right now is his brain.
Jake is a fighter, he is a cowboy and a student who attends Lassen Community College where he is on the rodeo team as a saddle bronc and bareback rider. He is majoring in Ag Business. He went to Sutter High School where he was a FFA officer and graduated with high FFA honors. He has always been a strong young man and hard worker - organizing his own lawn mowing service, working for Beeler Tractor Co in the summer, working for many local farmers.
Jake is also a very caring and kind son who is deeply loved by his family and friends.
We need your help to support Jake in his fight for his life.
Any amount is greatly appreciated. Please also pray for his brain, and keep him in your thoughts.
Thank you for joining us on Team Jake!
