Team Jesse-Stronger Than Cancer

Hello dear family and friends! My name is Brenda Wray. This is a very difficult ask for me and my family, but anyone who knows me, knows my family is so very dear to me. My cousin, Jesse Zarr, recently became sick with gastrointestinal symotoms that lead him to see his family physician. After several tests and scans, the results are still sending a bit of a shock through our tight knit family.

Jesse was diagnosed with a pancreatic head lesion that is malignant. He has been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the pancreas.

The specific details are still unknown as this is a very new diagnosis., but what we do know is Jesse will be going to Mayo, in Rochester, MN this week for several appointments and a solid plan of treatment. He was told there will be a surgery with chemo in his very near future. The surgery, which is called a "Whipple," requires an extensive stay in the hospital with several months of recovery at home, should he be a good candidate. ( He will be)!

As you all know the road to recovery is long and expensive and when you are unable to work, it creates an unnecessary stressor that can impede the healing process.

I am asking you all, as you read this, to find it in your hearts to say a prayer, share this post and if it is possible, please help my dear cousin financially so he can just focus on his healing. He's a fighter and he is an absolute sweetheart that has many, many years of life to live yet!
