Team Kristie, Tougher than Cancer

As many of you know, our dear friend Kristie was recently diagnosed with Triple Negative Ductile Breast Cancer. This was quite a shock as her most recent mammogram in April was clear. Unfortunately, her latest MRI revealed the cancer is also in her chest and sternum, possibly stage 4. Due to this new information, the original plan of chemotherapy alone had to be adjusted. The plan is to start weekly immunotherapy and aggressive chemotherapy for 24 weeks immediately. Kristie is also scheduled to travel to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas for further testing and possible treatment plans.

As a Christian wife and mom to four amazing children, Kristie is holding firm to her faith to get her through this trying season. Her family and friends are honored to stand by her side and claim healing and victory over this disease!

While we know God has a plan for her and has His hand in every detail, our human nature wants to do all we can for our precious friend and her family. We seek to raise money for Kristie to assist with various facets of life in the coming months, including medical costs associated with her diagnosis and living expenses.
