Team Lydia and Bryant custody battle.

Hello we are Bryant and Lydia Hudson this is our daughter London. A year and a half ago we gained custody of my daughter due severe negligence and drug use on the biological mother's part. In my daughters six years on this earth she has witnessed her mother overdose, get arrested and has been removed from her custody twice by cps. Due to a recent arrests and admitions by her mother stating she has no desire to seek help get clean or stop using. We would like to hire a lawyer to modify our custody agreement. As of right now she does have visitations right and she's proven over and over again that my daughter is not safe with her even threatening to kidnap her. We have delt with constant harassment, death threats she owes me child support and has interfered with our taxes preventing us from rightfully claiming her. We need to raise at least enough for a retainer fee for a family lawyer. Any help is appreciated thank you all for your support.
