Team Lydia - Bone Marrow Transplant

Hi everyone, my name is Christina.  I am Lydia's neighbour and have known her for the past 3 1/2 years. I have been there through the beginning of her battle against cancer and I would like to reach out to the community in order to help her and her family with their financial needs over her stay in Ottawa.

Team Lydia is doing some fundraising to help support the family during Lydia's up-coming bone marrow transplant that is scheduled withnin the next month in Ottawa, Ontario.  Lydia has to move up to Ottawa  for approx. 4-6 months depending on how the transplant goes. Funding for transportation, food, and extra costs associated with being away from home over this time.  
Lydia has been stuggling with cancer for the past 3 1/2 years .  We would like to reach out to help support them in these next few difficult months that lie ahead to ease their financial stress.
Any amount would help this amazing family and would really be appreciated, they have been through so much over the last few years, then thinking the battle was over...got the devestating news that Lydia would need a bone marrow transplant
