Team Mari Jackson Water Crisis

My name is Mari Copeny but more commonly known as Little Miss Flint. I am 15 years old and from Flint, MI. I'm sure most have been following the news out of Jackson, Mississippi, about their water crisis.

I know all too well what it feels like to not have safe water from our taps. I have told people for years that Flint was only the beginning, that our country was facing a water crisis and that millions are facing toxic drinking water, but here we are again.

That's why I am raising money to help provide the citizens of Jackson with bottled water. When Flint hit headline news, hundreds of people donated to help us get bottled water, which was a lifeline for many people. I want to pay it forward to another community dealing with a real-life nightmare that my community has faced for years.
