Team Monocles - Unsolved Crime - Technology & Research

My name is Ron. I lead an organization called Team Monocles.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has asked me to help shed light on an unsolved crime. They said this case is "a doozy," and they didn't lie. I have assembled an all-volunteer team comprised of a half-dozen of the smartest people I know to engage on this project. Our work began June 1st.

We will use the most advanced, commercial-grade AI applications in a private AWS cloud coupled with the most innovative problem-solving techniques in an attempt to uncover details and connect dots not previously explored by our friends at IMPD. This stuff all costs money.

We seek $10,000 to fund the AI and AWS licenses and the volunteer team's miscellaneous expenses. After our research in late summer 2024, we'll publish a whitepaper articulating the details of our approach, tools, successes, failures, and back stories of the effort. Donors to this initiative will, if desired, be included in the report.

Our ultimate goal is to identify the perpetrator and equip our friends at IMPD with the information necessary to secure a conviction.
