Team Sara Walcott-Katz

Sara was with her family when she collapsed and was rushed to a

hospital in Macon. She was medivacked to Emory University Hospital in

Atlanta, where doctors diagnosed her with an arteriovenous malformation (AVM) and intracranial hemorrhage or bleeding in the brain.

She has already had two brain surgeries and will need at least one

more. Her husband, Frank, will not leave her side.

Sara, Frank, and their two children, Nathan and

Anna Katherine, need your love, prayers, and all the support you can give.

Sara is a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister-in-law, and

friend to all who meet her. She has spent her career teaching and has

a lifelong love of learning. She is always willing to lend anyone a hand.
