Team SMG with chemo treatments, medical bills

Hi, my name is Susan Goodhart along with Jim Gillies, Carol Begbie, Morag Clark and Louise Elizabeth Smith brother and sisters to Shona. I am trying to raise funds for my sweet sweet Scottish friends Shona and Kenny Gorrie. As many of you know Shona has recently been diagnosed with Colon Cancer. Shona is one in a million. She has the biggest and most beautiful smile you have ever seen. She has a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off her back. Shona has done so much for others that in this time I feel the need to give back to her. Shona and Kenny are very private people and don’t like to share a lot about their private affairs. As a close friend and a lot of persuasion and with their permission I wanted to raise funds to help them out a little by lifting a little bit of the financial burden they are going to face. Many of you know chemo treatments are very expensive and medical bills start piling up. In fact one of her chemo treatments they want to start is so expensive her insurance might not cover it. If we can help just a little by maybe paying a few months of their mortgage, groceries, co-pays for doctor’s visits. Why not. Many of you have asked what do they need or what can we do for them?? Here it is. Donate a little or a lot. Whatever you can afford. You will be blessed for sure. Shona, Kenny and Harry have a long road ahead of them. Let’s support them every step of the way.
