Team Carolegs

Thank you for visiting our page! If you are reading this, you likely know Caroline and me and have seen a good amount of our journey and know what an amazing girl she is. While she is a Goats of Anarchy goat, she is also my special girl whom I bottle fed and slept cheek to cheek with for the first several months of her life. My goal is to create a lifetime fund for her so that she might be mobile and happy and live her best life.

Sweet Caroline was born with two deformed back legs. She is otherwise very healthy but getting around has become increasingly difficult as she has grown and become more heavy. She will need several pairs of prosthetics over the course of her life. She’ll also need one amputation to make the fitting of these legs more comfortable on her more painful and shorter leg and another on her other more misshapen one. Her back is sloped, her gait has slowed, her upper leg muscles have begun to atrophy from disuse and her activity level is low. She has always been a bright and playful little lady and it is my goal to get her back into the shape to be that again. She hasn’t yet had her first pair, as they are quite expensive and she is still growing, but it is time to get her started. She is the sweetest creature I know and I want so badly for her to be able to run free and enjoy herself.
