What is FIRST Global Challenge?
The FIRST Global Challenge (FGC) aims to empower high-school students around the world to collectively tackle the world's most pressing challenges. To do this they bring together teams from 190+ countries to engage in an Olympic-style STEM competition. This year’s challenge will be located in Panama City on Oct. 29th - Nov. 1st themed "Eco Equilibrium" emphasizing the importance of maximizing biodiversity in ecosystems to promote a healthy planet.

Who is Team Haiti?
We are a group of students from various schools throughout Haiti brought together through Educare Haiti. Introduced to robotics in 2021, we became the national FIRST Lego League team champions in 2022. Our international journey began at FGC 2023 in Singapore, became NTE finalists at FGC 2024 in Greece, now we are excited to return to FIRST Global and demonstrate our capabilities in Panama City.
How Funds Will Be Used
Funds will be used to cover event registration and travel expenses for students and mentors to compete at FGC 2025 as detailed below:
