Team HH - To Benefit FTD Research
Donation protected
Over 5 years ago my father, Harold, passed away from a terrible disease called Fronto Temporal Dementia. The second most common form of dementia after Alzheimers, FTD affects the behavior, language, and mobility of its victims. Before he was ill, my father was one of the top practicing ophthalmologists in New York City and a well respected physician. However, this crippling disease took a toll not only on him but on all his loved ones around him.
We are currently organizing a team to run in the 5K event called "Color Me Rad 5K" to be held this summer, July 26th @ Metlife Stadium. This event will be in his honor to raise awareness and also money for FTD. We will be donating all proceeds raised to the Association for Fronto Temporal Dementia which helps to further research on this disease and also provide support for families who have a loved one inflicted with the disease.
If you want to join our team to run in the event please also go to the link below! Please email me for the team password.
