Team Sandra White - COPD Awareness

My Mom passed away on June 15, 2014 due to complications from COPD. Unfortunately we were not aware she had COPD until it was too late. The story of our three week journey from her being admitted until her death can be found here -Team Sandra White. Our family would like to raise awareness of COPD and promote early testing in honor of our mom. All proceeds from the money raised from (gofundme) and from the sale of our new t-shirts (currently being created) will be donated to two non-profit organizations. One will be the COPD Foundation and the other will be a local non-profit Christian radio station J103.
