Current update as of 12/31/23:
Wow! What a wonderful way to be able to close out the year with an update of how 2023 has wrapped up for Teamsters Mobilize!! We've made tremendous bounds and are currently in the final steps of becoming a legal organization with organizational structure, principles, and membership requirements ironed out.
That can be viewed here: https://teamstersmobilize.com/about
We organized a National Vote No Campaign that was wide reaching. We were able to educate and connect with many new people across the country! Unfortunately the contract was voted to be ratified but our work continues.
As a group TM attended the TDU convention in early November where we participated in workshops, engaged with fellow teamsters, and brought forward resolutions that are very important to us as an organization and the principles we uphold.
Our TDU convention report can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/HFGdDm8jE14?si=we93sI2ZHdjLF25X
These resolutions are still being campaigned around and being pushed at our local levels, and will continue to be organized around going forward. You can view those on our website.
TDU will also be discussing them at their ISC meeting in January. Please reach out to their ISC members and staff members to encourage they sign on!
Our General Membership Meetings will be held via zoom on the 3rd Sunday of each month, with the next being January 21st 2024! You can view the December meeting here: https://youtu.be/3Thdj6mae5s?si=aprgeyxL58pyTNvu

Hi, my name is Jess Lister and I'm part of Teamsters Mobilize, a grassroots movement of rank and file UPS Teamsters, mostly part timers across the country that are committed to educating, engaging, empowering and involving our part time workforce. 63% of all UPS Teamsters are part timers and we have been left behind in these contracts for far too long and it's time to balance to scales! We are hitting barns and gates to get educational materials into members hands!
We have been completely voluntary and self funded up to this point. We need additional funds to order educational materials from a union print shop. Please consider contributing to the education and involvement of our highly valuable and important part timers!
