TechForChange: DiverCity Tech Empowerment

"DiverCity" NGO, founded in 2019, supports LGBTQIA+ individuals and follows the idea of inclusivity in Armenia. We focus on defending human rights, promoting non-formal education, and accomplishing eco-sensitive projects. Our initiatives include advocating LGBTQIA+ rights, empowering youth through projects like "The Voice of Diversity," and providing a discrimination-free environment at the "Space" Youth Center in Yerevan. With 7000 beneficiaries, we aim to stimulate positive societal changes in Armenia.

As a youth-led LGBTQIA+ community-based NGO, we serve the needs of LGBTQIA+ individuals and other marginalized communities. We have secured the necessary premises to realize our goal of creating a safe youth center. However, we need your help to sustain it.

Our team currently faces challenges with the portability and wear and tear of personal technical which they use to accomplish tasks related to NGO activities, especially laptops, affecting our stable operation. The increasing attrition of our team members' devices is hindering our productivity. Additionally, as we organize so many community events that require visual content, there is a crucial need for an image projector.

To address these issues and enhance our humanitarian efforts, we request financial support for 3000 EUR to acquire more productive and durable laptops. Your support will help us overcome technical obstacles and facilitate our work leading to a significant impact.
