Teddy & Hallie's Recovery Fund
A few weeks ago, my brother Teddy and his oldest daughter Hallie were involved in an accidental shooting.
The rifle bullet hit him in the right hip and riccocheted off of his femur, passing through and striking his oldest daughter Hallie in her left arm where the round stopped.
They were both hospitalized and treated in San Antonio and are now recovering at home in Lubbock and Midland. Hallie has since had the bullet removed and her wound is healing well.
Teddy, after a brief but intense ICU and hospital stay, is now on the long road back to recovery.
We are all thankful for both for their lives today but they still need our help.
Even on partial pay and short-term disability, his bills and hospital bills are becoming overwhelming.
Several of you have asked for a way to help, and I thought this might be the best way for all of us to help our brother in his time of need.
He has been very hesitant, humble, and private about asking for help, but perhaps this is a way for this accident to not take his home and completely ruin him financially.
If you can give anything at all, please do. He has assured me that every dollar will be spent on hospital bills for his daughter and himself.
Thank you,
Trace
