Teddy & Lucy
Donation protected
Teddy has been given the unique opportunity to have his very own service dog. Lucy is a 10 week old Golden doodle that was donated by a local breeder to function primarily as a Personal Autism Canine (P.A.C) Through this donation, Lucy would be getting free Service Dog training with Dog Training Elite through the Malinois Foundation. We appreciate your love & support ♥️
Teddy’story:
Teddy is a non-verbal 4 year old little boy who was diagnosed at 2.5 with Autism. He is loved by all he comes in contact with. Since his diagnosis, he has been receiving multiple therapies at home, clinic settings and at school. He receives Early Intervention services, Speech therapy, Occupational therapy, feeding therapy and ABA. He is also in a special education class where he is working on classroom skills as well as language and self-help skills. With a Personal autism canine, it would offer him sensory regulation, deep pressure input, social anxiety support, language development, redirecting “stemming behaviors, wandering, emergency response since he doesn’t respond to his name. We believe God has a special plan for Teddy’a life and we are excited about this next part of his story. Much love to his Early Interventionist, therapists, teachers, church family and friends for all your support. You guys are our world and we couldn’t do it without you!
