4T (Ted's Teaching Trip to Taiwan)

Hey everyone! I have an opportunity to go teach in a Summer Program in an underprivileged rural school in CheCheng township, Taiwan. A co-teacher of mine graduated from that middle school before emigrating to the States and joining Teach for America. She tells me that for many in her hometown, middle school will be the highest level of education they receive. I really feel this will improve my practice as a teacher as well as to see how universal education really is. The funds I'm trying to raise are for school supplies, airfare, and accommodations.
