Tedy and Tim Fromdahl

Tedy and Tim Fromdahl  have been part of the Glide Community and have lived on Rock Creek since 1978! She has spent most of her life helping to inspire and educate children. She started teaching in 1974 and still  substitutes for teachers today.  If you were lucky, you or one of your children had her as their kindergarten teacher. She radiates pure joy and kindness to all she comes in contact with. She and Tim have lost everything to the wildfire in Glide. They have spent years to build a sanctuary in their little part of the forest.  A place to heal the soul and share with friends and family.  It is heartbreaking to learn it is gone.  We have started this Go-Fund-Me Account to help her. She and  Tim have always given and done so much for the community, let us help her as she has always helped others. Donations will go to living expenses and rebuilding for her home. My wish is for this one to go viral. If you cannot give money, please share this post. These human beings are two of the most wonderful giving souls on this planet. I know they wouldn’t ask for help because they are so humble. Their house was not just a home, but their property was a healing space for so many. Tedy has been a mentor and friend and I will never forget how kind and caring they were when my mom passed away, how Tedy took care of me when I took over her space and transformed Sunflowers into Dragonflies. When I had Ollie and Tedy came and baked cookies with her long giant wooden spoon so I could rest. These are just a few stories of the millions I know others have of their generosity. Tedy was also Joel’s kinder teacher and I know he learned TLC from her as well as his love for storytelling. I know that they are wise and grounded enough to get through this. Tim built that space with his hands and Tedy with her heart. Please help them rebuild. Until we can frolick in the meadow and renew ourselves in the yurt again one day. ❤️ ☮️
