Temperance LilLee Johnson born March 9th 2016 passed away this morning at 5:50am May 29th 2016
Needing help, all the prayers and help we can get right now. we need help with diapers for tempi's brother (pampers size 4) wipes and After losing tempi we were kicked out of our place to live. I am a single mom of 4 and all of the bills are drowning me her funeral costs are extremely high, some medical that wasn't cover, and now trying to find a place to live in an area where rentals are non existent and trying to come up with move in, and all the other bills that have pulled up anything and everything would be more than extremely appreciated but most of all ur prayers to help us through this unbearable time.
Her story:
My lovely baby girl was born March 9th healthy and happy and was growing great. We discovered through some tests that she has dysphagia which is a swallowing issue. She in the middle of may had an aspersion episode and went unresponsive was taken to the hospital she did good and we set better temporary plans set in place. We even just the 23rd went to the doc. And got even a better temporary plan in motion while we fought with the insurance to cover her thickning agent.
On May 25th around 3:10pm we were at the grocery store getting food for a night of fun at friends house. I was getting ready to load groceries in the car. Tempi was fussy as it was about time to be feed. I decided not to put them in the back and put them on the floor in front of her car seat instead so it was easier to unload when I read opened the door Temperance looked like she had spit up and asperated it and was struggling she wasn't recovering like she does normally and I took her out of her car seat saw how bad she was struggling and screamed for 911. She continued to struggle the doc. From the clinic ran over and took her to the clinic to start working on her. Cpr was started in the parking lot and continued, emt and ambulance showed up, life flight was put on route immediately. They tried to intubate her in the ambulance but was unsuccessful. Once at the hospital many people took action. cpr was still in full go her heart rate was below 30 they went to intubate her again and found an obstruction in her a way.... it was a grape. Her older sister (4 yr.s old) feed her a grape trying to be nice and help. They got the tube in and started breathing for her still doing cpr to save her cpr for 45 mins and no oxygen for roughly 23mins. They did get her heart rate to come back strong. They worked hard to stabilize her. Life flight came and off we were to slc to primary children's hospital. Once her the trauma team in the er took over and did a CT and put her in the PICU (pediatric intensive care unit). Once on the floor they we all in assessing her. She is extremely critical and may not make it. I'm never going to be able to work again. I'm now un able to pay bills, rent, gas to and from, finding a safer more reliable car. im going to lose my place plus they are selling it so i have to move and rentals in my area are hard to find. I might end up having to move to Utah, depending on her needs, my family and I are in need of any and all help but most of all your prayers mean more then anything mone can buy. If u would like to send her something, I will post an adress you can send gifts, card, letters, flowers, etc... she would love to have her yucky hospital room feel more like home as we are going to be her for a long long time. Also I will be setting up a blog of her day to day journey so anyone can follow her on her journey though this and beyond.
