Temporomandibular joint disorder treatment costs

I am currently suffering from TMD the full name is in the heading as far as the doctors can tell there is something wrong with my jaw and the soft tissue around it as a result the soft tissue on the left side of my face spasms and swells this is extremely painful especially after chewing and can cause me to vomit thankfully there is a treatment of 10 botox injections directly into both mandibles this helps to stop the spasms and reduce swelling I have already received 2 of these treatments with the oral surgery department at guys hospital unfortunately the NHS only allows patients to receive this two times on the NHS as Such I am asking for your help the get a third round with a private oral surgeon called Mr Nayeem ali located at Holly House Hospital the money I am asking for will cover the initial consultation priced at £195 and the botox itself priced at £350 I will truly appreciate any help I can get so thank you for reading
