My name is Jacqueline Ray. I live in Chicago Illinois. 8 years ago, I received some devastating news. I was diagnosed with the Shingles virus, but the pain never left. For 8 years I have been to 6 different doctors, Neurologist, pain specialist, physical therapist, and acupuncturist. I tried over 11 different kinds of medications. 6 procedures of Nerve Block injections, Ketamine infusions, patches and now opioids. I take 180 pills a month. Nothing is working. It is daily severe pain that can last the rest of my life.

I have to have the surgery before I age out. Surgery is scheduled for Feb 28, 2024, if I reach my goal.
