Tere was diagnosed with severe right hip osteoarthritis. She is in a lot of pain and currently using the assistance of a cane to walk. 

She will be undergoing a total right hip replacement surgery which has been scheduled for July 11th. Tere will away from the office undergoing physical therapy and recovering for an estimated 6 weeks, depending on her recovery.  

She will be using 3 weeks of vacation time and anything in excess of that will be unpaid leave.  Hip replacement  is a major surgery and expense.  The insurance will cover 80% and Tere will be responsible for 20% of the balance.  She will be very appreciative for any help received.
