Teresa Jorgenson was diagnosed with cancer in October 2013 in Williston, ND. The primary source of her cancer was unknown. Teresa was seen and treated by oncologists at the Mayo Clinic and the Cancer Treatment Center of America. She has underwent several rounds of grueling chemo therapy. At this time both institutes have run out of options to treat her.
She is currently seeking acceptance in a trial cancer treatment program. These trials are very expensive, they involve extensive travel, lodging and medical costs. The expenses associated with these trials are often not covered by insurance.
If you have never had the privilege of meeting Teresa you are missing out on knowing a self-less mother, devoted wife and loyal friend. She has influenced many lives as a long time teacher in the Williston school district. Her involvement as past secretary for the North Dakota Rodeo Association and the North Dakota High School Rodeo Association has touched both young and old alike.
Despite Teresa's hardships she has remained positive and a true inspiration to others. Teresa nor her family would ever ask for financial help for herself, so we her friends are asking for her. This is the perfect opportunity to give back to someone who has given so much to others.
