Teri's Funeral & Xanders TrustFund

Over Easter Weekend 2025 our incredible friend Teri Paddon unexpectedly passed away from natural causes; and we'd like to ensure she receives the funeral she deserves.

Teri lost both her parents a decade ago and her only sibling lives thousands of miles away. Teri was a disabled single parent to a wonderful 13 yr old boy who has no contact with his biological father.

Teri's sons' future now looks uncertain as friends of Teri's step in to care for her son in her absence in the immediate short term, with long term planning currently being put into place.

Currently the government will only fund a cremation without service - leaving her son with no opportunity to say a proper goodbye. We'd like to change that by raising enough money to fund a proper funeral service for Teri.

Teri was an incredibly generous, kind, compassionate and vibrant woman, she never turned up empty handed to anyone's home, treasured her friends dearly and loved without limits. Last year Teri shaved her head for Charity and her final act of kindness came the day she passed, in becoming an organ donor.

Through losing his mum so unexpectedly, her son now faces losing his home, the majority of his mum's possessions, potentially his school and his pets.. let's not also allow him to lose the opportunity to say goodbye.

Any additional funds raised from this page will be placed into a secure trustfund in her son's name that he alone can access when he is an adult.
