Terrell Bouie Medical Care Fund
Donation protected
Greetings, I wanted to share some information about a member of our Southland Young Marine family. Many of you who have been a part of the Southland YM Family over the years may remember YM/SSgt. Terrell Bouie who was member of our unit. Terrell graduated High School and moved on his own to Tennessee where has lived over the past 8 years. Well, we received some tough news today that Terrell is fighting a terminal illness in Tennessee.
His Mother, Nancy and Step Father Chris have been in Knoxville through the Christmas Holiday and the latest news is not good. While Dr's cannot be specific on the time, they did say it could be weeks or a few months. The plan is to have Terrell flown home to Upland via a medical transport so he can have hospice care at home.
We know the Esquivel Family could use some financial help to with transport and medical costs until medi-cal can step in to cover some of the expense. Case workers in Tennessee have been assisting on the paperwork to help with the transition from MediCad to MediCal Some of the costs will not be covered for Terrell's hospice care.
We are hoping to find addition support and assistance to help them soften the impact of what is to ultimately come.
