At the crack of dawn, at 5:30 a.m., Terri's keen senses detected the scent of smoke, prompting her to swiftly dial 911. Without hesitation, she sprang into action, ensuring her neighbors were alerted, and thanks to her quick thinking, everyone was able to evacuate safely.

Terri's condominium served as her temporary residence and, unfortunately, was not covered by insurance at the time of the fire. As a result, she is facing considerable financial challenges.
