Terry Needs Some Help

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our dear friend Terry is on the hunt for a new place to live. It’s a story unfortunately so many people we know are going through. Thrown into the search for somewhere to land. Santa Cruz County is now the most expensive rental market in the U.S. according to the National Low Income Housing Coalition. As many of you know, the stresses of trying to find a place to rent here are high emotionally physically and financially. Everyone who knows Terry adores her for her warmth and wit. Deep humility…a true blue friend. She is a single retired woman. Finding anything within her budget means extreme downsizing. She has dealt with some health issues in the recent past along with being a caregiver of her dear mother. Let's face it, moving is expensive, and physically challenging. It’s tough to go it alone …..and it would be really great for her to know she’s not. During my own health issues, my friends rallied around me with a Go Fund Me. It takes a village and no amount is too small, and if we exceed our goal then so be it…if anyone deserves it, it’s her. Together we can help her get to the other side of this.
