Terry the A500 cat

This is Terry.

A beautiful young cat callously discarded like a piece of rubbish through a moving car window today on the A500 near Wolstanton. He ran across 2 lanes of fast moving traffic, was hit by a car, then managed to drag himself down the embankment into a forest of brambles, weeds and undergrowth.

Fortunately a lady who witnessed this barbaric and heartless act stopped to look for him. She was joined by other people and he was eventually found after nearly 3 hours very well hidden where he’d sought shelter under a log.

Terry is badly injured, but being cared for at the vet. We are waiting for updates.

His treatment will be expensive. He has a badly broken leg, suspected broken pelvis and possible nerve damage.

After such an ordeal, Terry deserves a chance to live a wonderful long life with people who love him.
