Tessa gets a new set of wheels!

Hi family, friends and clients! Please come and join us at Beauty Lounge this year in our 10th year annual fundraiser!!! This year I have decided to select a special fundraiser to support one of our dear clients Sherri and her daughter Tessa Normindin!

This little one was born with a rare disorder called Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenital (AMC) which disables her ability to use her whole body and she truly needs our support! Her medical bills are through the roof and her mom strives each and every day to get the support her child needs. Tessa’s mom is a single parent who survives mainly on one income with minimal support from the absent parent. Any support she is able to achieve comes from our community. I have had the pleasure of being a witness to this bright and beautiful young child for the last several years. She is all smiles through her difficult journey. Drs say although she may never function fully out of a wheel chair, they are hopeful she can gain some functioning skills with the help of many surgeries and physical therapy.

Recently I have had to witness Sherri’s let downs with her handicap accessible vehicle breaking down time and time again. This can be very costly to repair and is effecting her ability to transport Tessa to the apts she actively needs. As you know the cold season is upon us. I would love to encourage you all to please join me and our team in supporting this mother and child this holiday season. Let’s ensure they are both in a safe vehicle while traveling to and from all of there apts. No amount is too little or too much! Together let’s make a difference and helping these 2 with a new set of wheels! For each donation you will be enetered in our Beauty Lounge Gift basket Give away!
