Hello all, I'm 33 years old and recently was diagnosed with Bells Palsy. I'm still trying to adjust. It's heartbreaking, even if it's temporary. I can't use half my face, have trouble eating, closing right eye doesn't work so it tears and is blinding at times. Can't spit, whistle, and I slur and drool a bit. It's also emotionally killing me. It's just tough right now. I don't have any money for the proper specialists or treatments to help my situation. This reality, mixed with the emotional feelings that are coming with it could cause me to lose everything and slip into a deep, dark depression. I want to be able to see some special doctors and get proper treatment to make me feel better physically and emotionally. Please and thank you, anything helps. God bless!
