Help for Dawn

Hi, my name is Bruce Carson and I am starting this fundraiser for my good friend of 40 years Dawn. Dawn's mate of 40+ years Pete Porteous has fallen on hard times with major health issues. Pete has been stricken with Pancreatic Cancer. At this time the cancer has spread to both his stomach and lungs. He has finally begun treatment but while Dawn has been caring for Pete her bills have fallen a ways behind. Pete has lost a major portion of his body weight and is too frail and tired to help. I hope everyone will pitch in and help Dawn through this heart wrenching and financially stressful time. Pete was diagnosed over 160 days ago and has been fighting through the pain and complications while trying not to complain or alarm his loved ones. That's Pete!

The money will be used for Dawn's basic human needs as well as her ever accumulating bills that continue to mound daily. Dawn has attempted to juggle between work and helping as much as possible but she has been worn down and has fallen behind.
