Tevin Hunt Accident & Care Fund
Donation protected
On Sunday Dec 6, 2020 in Omaha, NE Tevin Hunt, was in an horrific car accident, where he was used to save the life of his friend & his friends baby. Tevin's friend had a seizure while he was driving. Tevin was trying to put something in his mouth to prevent him (Matt) from swallowing his tounge and trying to gain control of the car. While this was going on, Tevin used his arm to pin down the baby that was restrained in his car seat. All Tevin could think of was not letting his friend & the baby die. Due to Tevin's quick actions & thinking; it's a Miracle that they are all alive, according to the police reports & statements. However; because of Tevin's sacrifice, he suffered some bleeding on the brain, a broke ankle/ foot, 2 broken bones in his forearm and received some plates & screws, a little nerve damage in 1 or 2 of his fingers, and a fractured bone under his eye. He's been discharged, but still has 2 more surgeries, rehabilitation and will be unable to return for work for the next 3-4 months and 8-9 months for total normalcy. He has 4 kids of his own to take care of as well. We are asking all that will and can to donate to this cause to assist him with his care because his insurance is reaching its cap & will not cover everything (ie; prescriptions, future Dr. Appts, plus necessary living expenses). We want to thank all that can and will give to his road to recovery!
