Trying to purchase our home

Hi my name is Lisa Hiler I have Olivia that’s 15 and BRAYDEN at seven living with me we have three horses and two miniature ponies and an acreage that we bought on a lease to own with an interest rate of 10%. Our monthly payments are $1300 and now going up to $1360, it is taking all of my disability and part of the kids as I also work part time as a LPN field nurse. Our goal is to get debt paid down to be able to purchase our home I have to have a credit score of 580 to pay down all the debt is $1800. This is my last attempt to try to better my family , I have ran out of all options. We stopped getting child support from the kids dad in October and with me being on disability and still working part time as a nurse, there is just no more that I can do on my own. Please consider donating .We would like to try to purchase a used truck for $2925 and a used trailer for $2000 once we are able to purchase the home which would help bring our payments down into a normal range that is much more manageable and would let us have a little bit of financial freedom. We have been struggling for pretty much our whole lives, but manage to stay afloat. It is depressing not being able to succeeded as a single parent. Olivia is getting straight A’s and is a freshman in high school and BRAYDEN is getting all threes and fours which is A’s and B’s in first grade her horses are part of our family and very therapeutic. We have no desire to go live in a low income housing apartment and give up what we have but I am to the point to where I have no more options to get to where we need to be so I am, taking a big hit on my pride and asking for help who anyone is willing to do so
