T-Gap Cafe (Juice and Bunny)

Hello everyone! If you’ve arrived at this page, then you’ve heard the news of the closing of our drive-thru at Templeton Gap, where we've had the honor and privilege of serving such amazing customers, friends, and family.

As we mentioned, we have some uncertainty when it comes to our next steps. We still have the building that we were roasting coffee out of previously, which happens to be just on the other side of the parking lot! After deliberation, some tears, and some reminiscing of beautiful memories, we decided we were not quite ready yet to throw in the towel.

We would love the opportunity to continue serving the best customers in Colorado (we might be a little biased) but from a different setting, which would be a little cafe! It’s going to take a lot of work and unfortunately, some funds to get the building to the place where it’s fully operational. We can’t deny, that it’s been a rough, rough year…but we all have the power to turn something bad into something good. Our roaster broke down, which we haven’t been able to replace, the ceiling collapsed, the electricity went out and the lights decided to go poof! So, our poor building is on the struggle bus, but it’s okay, it just needs some love and elbow grease.

We are seeking funds to help us get the floors fixed, some upgrades done to the ceiling and to purchase some additional equipment to help us tackle this new venture head-on. We understand things are tough out there, physically, mentally, financially…but whatever is going on can be overcome. If you are able to help financially, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And if not, we certainly take smiles, words of encouragement, and your thoughts and prayers, too!

Juice and I would like to thank each and every one of you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your support over the last ten years and some odd months. We’ve loved seeing you and serving you over these many years. All the new faces and all of our precious regulars, all of the delightful conversations and insights, and the personal experiences we’ve shared with all of you, we will miss, deeply. We are sorry to have to go. And we’re hoping that this “goodbye,” won’t be forever.
