With God’s Little Ones (www.wglo.org) has been providing financial support to the Human Rights Center in Cottbus, Germany, in their efforts to directly transport emergency supplies into Odessa, Ukraine. To date, the center has sent three shipments of medical equipment and supplies, food, and other emergency items to the military hospital and children’s hospital in Odessa.
Funds are needed to purchase items for a fourth shipment. Requested items include
- suction pump supplies (to remove fluid from wounds)
- a portable ultrasound device
- suture sets
- flashlights and lamps (the military hospital has only sporadic electrical service)
- blankets (the cold winter is about to set in).
All funds collected will be sent by the executive director of WGLO, Rudolf Schaser, to the WGLO respresentative in Germany, Reverend Hinrich Muller to aid in the purchase and distribution of these supplies to the military hospital and children's hospital in Odessa, Ukraine.
