Send Taft's ROV Team to Canada
Donation protected
In its fourth year, Taft's ROV program has generated its second Regional Champion. This year, R.U.W.E., which stands for Robotic Under Water Exploration, is composed of two Taft freshmen and one Sophomore. They are a promising group, who have been with the program from the beginning. They have taken their ROV out in Oregon waterways to help with data taking and observation, and they have helped train the next generation by mentoring 6th graders from the Elementary School.
Now they have the oppportunity to represent the entire Pacific Northwest at the International MATE competition held in St. Johns, Newfoundland in Canada. Help them get there by contributing to this fund. This is a story that must be given a chance to run its course!
Thank you! (And because your donation goes to the school fund, we can issue a tax deductible receipt)
