Thalia Hocker - Flood Damage Repair

Friends, family, and individuals whom I have yet to meet, my name is Suzanne Flach and I am from Chesapeake, VA.  My friend and colleague Thalia Hocker, and her husband and daughter have had their lives upended due to the damage sustained to their home by Hurricane Matthew. The Hocker's home of nearly 20 years in Virginia Beach is no longer inhabitable, and they have lost almost all of their belongings. Their insurance company is hardly covering any of their expenses because the flooding was caused by a power failure at a pumping station, and not directly from Hurricane Matthew.  The proceeds from this fund will be used to help repair their home and get them back to a normal life.
